How We Handle Shipping

Carrier Selection We reserve the right to select the freight carrier for your shipment. While we choose the best option, we don't control the shipping companies themselves, whether it's a standard courier or a freight carrier. Once your shipment is with the delivery company, we cannot change shipping addresses or schedule specific delivery times. We provide approximate delivery times based on the information available from the delivery company. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, we're here to help at 762-220-1427.

Important Information for Large Package Deliveries While UPS and FedEx handle our smaller items, larger items and orders ship via freight. Freight delivery is different from standard shipping, so it's important to understand the process and be prepared before delivery day.   • Freight Shipments: Most freight products ship on a pallet.

  • Curbside Delivery: Freight drivers will leave all pallets at the curb. You are responsible for moving your shipment to your home or backyard.

  • Scheduling: Most carriers will not call to schedule your delivery. While some may provide a delivery window, most only offer a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

  • Delivery Appointments: If your carrier schedules delivery appointments:

    • You must be home and sign for the delivery.

    • Deliveries are made with a semi-truck equipped with lift gate services.

    • The shipment is dropped off at the curb. Please have at least two helpers ready to assist with transporting it to its final location.

Delivery and Inspection Instructions

When the shipping company contacts you to set up your delivery window, they will call the main contact number you provided during checkout. It's essential to provide the best phone number to ensure smooth communication.

Upon delivery, inspect your shipment for any missing or damaged items. Make sure to note any issues on the signature documents provided by the delivery driver. If you discover any missing or damaged items, contact us immediately at 762-220-1427. You have 5 calendar days from the delivery date to report any damages. If multiple items are damaged, you have the right to refuse the entire shipment.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Shipping to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional fees, even for orders that qualify for free shipping. If your location has known shipping restrictions, our customer service team will contact you promptly to inform you of any extra charges.

However, we may not always know if your area is considered remote or difficult for freight delivery. If you anticipate potential delivery issues, such as narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel paths, or vacant establishments, it's crucial to inform us at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for shipping costs on undelivered merchandise due to the shipping company's inability to access your location. Additionally, in-home delivery is not implied or included and may not be available, even with additional charges.

Returns

At All About Gas, we aim to ensure your shopping experience is exceptional. If a product does not meet your satisfaction, we offer solutions to address your concerns.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in unused and unassembled condition, and returned in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Used items, including those that have been installed or assembled

  • Clearance items

  • Custom-made, special-order, and made-to-order products

  • Items marked as non-returnable in the product description

  • Items requested for return outside of the 30-day period

Return Process for AAG Luxury Outdoors

If your item qualifies for a return, you can initiate the process by clicking the "Submit a Return Request" button below. Please note the following important details about the return process:

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs (to and from) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Confirmation Email: You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request, including additional details about the process.

  • Return Authorization: Upon approval, an itemized Return Authorization, return shipping labels, and detailed instructions will be emailed to you. Approved returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving approval.

  • Freight Returns: If your return involves a freight truck, you will need to provide a photo of the item before we authorize the return. This can be a simple cell phone picture to document the item’s condition before shipping.

  • Packaging: Your return must be properly packaged in the original outer and inner packaging to minimize damage. It should include all original parts, manuals, pieces, packing slips, etc.

  • Refund Processing: After All About Gas receives and inspects the return, your refund will be issued. The processing time for the refund will depend on the payment method used for the order.

  • Return Eligibility: Items returned outside of this process or the 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.

  • Unauthorized Returns: Items returned on your own without following the above process are not eligible for a refund.
