  • Back in the Box: Please return everything in the original packaging, including all the goodies that came inside.

  • Time Flies When You're Having Fun (But Not When Returning): You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Some things can't be returned, like:

  • Products that have already been used, installed, or assembled.

  • Clearance items

  • Custom-made or special-order products (sorry, one-of-a-kind!).

  • Items listed as "non-returnable" (check the description to be sure).

  • Products requested outside the 30-day window.

  2. We'll send you a confirmation email with more details.

  3. Once approved, you'll receive an email with a detailed Return Authorization, return shipping labels (if applicable), and instructions. Approved returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving approval.

  4. For bulky items returning via freight truck: We'll need a quick photo before your return is authorized. Just a simple phone pic will do! This helps us ensure everything arrives safely.

  5. Pack your return securely in the original packaging (both inner and outer) with all the original parts, manuals, pieces, and packing slips.

  6. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund based on your original payment method. Processing time may vary.

  • Returns requested outside the 30-day window or not submitted through our official process are not eligible for refunds.

Option 1: Need it Now?

  1. Grab a replacement on a new order for lightning-fast shipping.

  2. Return the original item using our hassle-free return process (details below). We'll issue a full refund once it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition (looking like new!).

Option 2: Can Wait a Bit?

  1. Simply return the original item using our return process. We'll refund you once it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition (looking like new!).

  2. Then, place a new order for the replacement, and we'll get it shipped out ASAP.

Please note: Custom-made or special-order items are crafted just for you! Due to their unique nature, all sales are final. However, if a defect arises within the manufacturer's warranty period, we'll get it repaired or replaced. For custom pieces damaged during shipping, we'll handle the freight claim process. Repairs or replacements will always be for the same item you originally ordered.
